Charles A. Pannell III
Chad has more than 18 years’ experience as outside counsel, most recently at an AmLaw 100 firm. He focuses his practice on technology litigation and intellectual property disputes involving patent, trade secrets, trademarks, false advertising, and copyrights.
Brandon has 15 years’ experience as an attorney in government and private practice. Most recently, he served for eight years with the DOJ as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Eastern District of Michigan, where he acted on behalf of the United States in both criminal and civil litigation.
Caren Yusem Sterne
Caren has experience in trials and settlements for IP disputes in the US and Europe, including resolving patent litigation matters for small and large businesses. She also has 20 years of experience in product development and marketing.
Ben has extensive experience in patent law and litigation across a range of industry sectors, and including litigations in US district courts, at the Federal Circuit, in the PTAB and at the US ITC. He was formerly senior counsel to the YMCA of the U.S.A.
Gregory B. Gulliver
Greg is a patent attorney and a founding member of AddyHart P.C. His intellectual property practice is focused on complex patent prosecution and patent-related client counseling.
Paul has extensive experience litigating a range of cases before US district courts in more than a dozen states, before the USPTO’s Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and in US Courts of Appeal for the Ninth Circuit and Eleventh Circuits.
An accomplished trial lawyer and patent attorney, Craig has litigated a wide variety of cases from inception through trial and beyond, in state and federal courts including against the U.S. Dept. of Justice.
Sue Tucker joined AddyHart P.C. in September 2019 with 20+ years of legal experience as a paralegal in civil litigation, including in insurance defense, product liability, property damage, labor and employment, and personal injury cases, and in other commercial litigation.
