Charles A. Pannell III
Chad joined AddyHart as a partner in May 2020. He focuses his practice on technology litigation and intellectual property disputes involving patent, trade secrets, trademarks, false advertising, and copyrights.
Brandon Helms joined AddyHart P.C. as a partner in July 2022 with 15 years of experience as an attorney in government and private practice. Most recently, he served for eight years as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Eastern District of Michigan, where he acted on behalf of the United States in both criminal and civil litigation.
Gregory B. Gulliver
Greg is a patent attorney and a founding member of AddyHart P.C. His intellectual property practice is focused on complex patent prosecution and patent-related client counseling.
Ben joined AddyHart in 2020 with extensive experience in patent law and litigation across a range of industry sectors. He was formerly senior counsel to the YMCA of the U.S.A.
Paul Tauger joined AddyHart P.C. in 2019 with extensive experience litigating a range of cases before US district courts in more than a dozen states, before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board of the USPTO, and in US Courts of Appeal for the Ninth Circuit and Eleventh Circuits.
Ken Cappel joined AddyHart P.C. as Senior Counsel in 2022, bringing with him three decades of in-house experience in intellectual property protection and litigation for pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.
An accomplished trial lawyer and patent attorney, Craig has litigated a wide variety of cases from inception through trial and beyond, in state and federal courts including against the U.S. Dept. of Justice.
Sue Tucker joined AddyHart P.C. in September 2019 with 20+ years of legal experience as a paralegal in civil litigation, including in insurance defense, product liability, property damage, labor and employment, and personal injury cases, and in other commercial litigation.
